Glow Worm livens up a traditional German Gose with Boysenberry & Guava. Tart but not overly sour, sessionable and bursting with fruit.

Pours a respectable two finger which sizzles down rapidly to a light surface dusting, no lacing as to be expected. The liquid is fully opaque, a sort of pinkish apricot orange hue, good brightness to it. Intense nose which is close to vinous at times, tropical fruit and lemon zest with a note of coconut which flits in and out, not a lot of complexity but it's really about texture and penetration more than subtle aromas. Full-bodied, particularly past the mid-palate through the finish, the carbonation is strong and manages to give the palate spaces in which to catch your breath. Quite sour but not witheringly so. The lemon flavor holds all a sort of vanillin, milky creaminess. Dark berry, guava, papaya flavors in keeping with its labeling. Now and then it comes off as borderline peppery and salty as well. Shows better well-chilled. Very intriguing beer but needed to make an effort to down the whole can.

Great gose easy bright pink guava color with a quarter inch of foam. Great smell and taste full of lime citrus biting lemon and blackberry but has a good balance of guava fruit for sweetness. Easy-going smooth body quite easy to crush wish I would have gotten more!

Hazy deep purple (heh) appearance with a small pink head. Decent retention for a Gose; a thin ring remains.
Smells like very sour and jammy raspberry and blackberry.
Tastes like raspberry and black berry jam with a medium-plus acidic sourness. Sourness level comparable to sucking on a lemon. Pink grapefruit juice and guava. Lemon zest. A hint of salt. Subtle wheaty malt. Slight lingering sourness and fruit juice sweetness.
Creamy feel, medium-light, medium carbonation.
Perfect score for flawless exectution of fruit and sourness. Absolutely delicious and beautiful, and I wouldn't change a thing.

On tap at Thin Man Brewery in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a vivid dark purplish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like dark berry and dark fruit, very tart and very juicy, with a bit of acidity.
I don't get really get much guava here, but there's definitely a lot of boysenberry, with some lighter blackberry-like tones. There's not much here other than fruit, but it's definitely tasty anyway.
This has a pleasantly light acidity with a pretty crisp finish, and a high level of drinkability.
This is somewhat basic, but still tastes good, and goes down so easily.
