Served from tap into 16 oz (473 ml) shaker pint at the Growlers in Tuckahoe, NY.
A: Pours a hazy to cloudy, invitingly golden orange color with a one finger, white head, solid retention and soapy lacing.
S: Aromas of citrus (mostly orange, tangerine, grapefruit, and nectarine) and slight pine overlaying caramel maltiness.
T: Sweet. Elements of the palate follow the nose, but caramel malt backbone is much more evident on the flavor side. Moderate bitterness, but definitely stands out and contributes to crisp finish.
M: Light to medium bodied. Solid effervescence throughout.
O: This is delicious collaboration between Thin Man and Eli Fish. Flavorful and fun.
