This easy drinking Italian Pilsner lends aromas of sourdough bread and candied ginger with flavors of pear, lemon zest and fresh bread accompanied by a pleasant herbal bitterness.

Can purchased from Thin Man Brewery in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a golden clear yellow, with a small foamy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lemon and pear, spicy hops, doughty malt, and an herbal bitterness.
I really do like this newfangled "Italian pilsner" style, and this one of the better ones that I've had. It's got a really nice doughy but not too sweet malt character, with a lemon, pear, and herbal spice hop bitterness on the back end.
This is light bodied, clean, and super crisp, with a very pleasant drinkability to it.
Thin Man seems to be getting more consistently awesome lately, and I'm here for that.
