Blanton's Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with way too much cocoa nib and coconut. Flavors and aromas milk chocolate, coconut, toasted nuts, warming spices, dark honey, and vanilla.

On tap at Thin Man Brewery in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like milk chocolate, nougat, caramel, honey, toasted coconut, oak, vanilla, and bourbon.
This is really pleasant. It kind of tastes like a bourbon dipped coconut nougat truffle, or something like. There's oak and vanilla and just a hint of bourbon, with a pleasant level of coconut - definitely there, but not overwhelmingly so. There's a a big creamy milk chocolate character, that adds a honey/caramel like sweetness as well.
This is medium bodied, with no real booziness, and a very nice drinkability. It's luxuriously creamy and smooth. There's a fairly low level of carbonation, but it's definitely there.
This is really wonderful stuff. The last 3 BA beers I've had from Thin Man were excellent, and I'm excited to see that program continue to develop.
