Another collab with our friends at Other Half FLX! Heavily hopped with Mosaic and Eclipse, fried mozzarella space cowboy combines a soft mouthfeel with notes of passionfruit, red berry & orange.

Pours cloudy yellow/gold color with a foamy off-white head that faded slowly and left minimal spotty lacing. Smells of tangerine, orange peel, lemon zest, grapefruit, herbs like basil or oregano, metallic notes and malty elements. Tasted more like a regular IPA with grapefruit, orange peel, tangerine, citrus notes, biscuit, light peppery spices, herbs and bready yeast as it fades. I was hoping it would have had some fried mozzarella tossed in the mash, but I doubt that would have tasted good.

On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester. NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like passionfruit, mango, berry, weed, and orange creamsicle.
This definitely feels like the hand of Other Half was somewhere near it, with that concentrated juiciness and balanced bitterness. There's lots of great citrusy and tropical hop character, with no maltiness, and a clean refreshing bitterness.
This is medium bodied, very drinkable, and very clean and creamy.
This was definitely a worthwhile collaboration.
