A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a thin ring of bubbles around the collar and come lacy rings clinging to the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of strawberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of honeydew melon. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied, smooth and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the aromas/flavors of strawberries and the smooth mouthfeel of this NEIPA to be very interesting.
