Brewed in collaboration with A.W. Wander. Crisp and refreshing, brewed with French pilsner and hopped with German grown Mittelfuh, Spalter, and Saphir. Herbal and lightly citrusy with a clean finish.

On tap at The Sheffield in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lemon peel, tea, peppery hops, and bready malt.
I just love Italian pilsners, I love how refreshing, peppery, and bitter they are, and this one definitely scratches that itch. There's also a nice bready and doughy malt character here as well.
This is light bodied, very clean, and super drinklabe and crisp.
This is about as good as it gets for this style. It's super tasty.
