On tap at The Sheffield in Brighton, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like orange, tangerine, blueberry, hop infused honey, and very slight malt character.
This is a good play on the usual Bliss, which is a good option whenever you see it. It’s dripping with Mosaic blueberry character and a touch of honey sweetness.
This is light bodied and pretty drinkable, with a good drinkability.
I’m coming around more to Mosaic hopped beers lately – this is a great beer.
