Cherub is a Belgian Oud Bruin matured for a year in stainless with our house souring culture. Notes of lemon pith, cherry and plum on top of a dry but lightly malty base.

Had on tap at Frisco Taphouse in Crofton. Pours light reddish brown. Aroma and flavor feature oak tannins, tart cherry, leather, and sweetish malt. Flavor is more vinegar-forward. It's okay but not in the upper tier of oud bruins.
