Pours a deep ruby brown with a light tan head. Nose is light campfire, roasty malt and dark fruit skins. Flavor follows, moderate smoke, sweet roasty malt & a round finish.

On tap at Sabatinis in Exeter pa earlier this evening.
Looking very good, ruby brown body with strong off white head. Sweet caramel and smoke aroma, and tastes exactly as the nose promises. Clean beer, smoke not overdone, sweet, quite drying. Nicely done Thin Man.

On tap at Moor Room in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a deep golden brown color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like smoked caramel, campfire, bready malt, some light roast, and chocolate.
This has a well done smoke level to it, sweet and smoky, and not overwhelming, with a really nice malt backbone – chocolatey, bready, and just lightly roasty.
This is creamy, but light bodied, with a very nice drinkability.
I appreciate that Thin Man even did this style, let alone did it well. This is tasty stuff.
