Brewed with copious amounts of Talus hops, Talusman is crisp and refreshing with a bouquet of floral and berry notes. Medium-light bodied with just enough bitterness to bring you back for more.

16oz can. Date stamp on bottom reads '29SEP2023 MINKEY BIRDO!!'.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. One thick finger of white head, and this becomes a creamy cap and high ring. Leaves behind partial walls of lacing on the non-drinking side of the glass.
Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, oak wood, pine, and a little coconut.
Taste is grapefruit, lemon, red grape, nectarine, pine resin, and a little coconut. Generally sweet with the firm bite at the end. Fleshy fruit and oak in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouth feel. Soft texture. Buzzy bite in the mouth and on the tongue. Very good carbonation.
Talus hop driven brew, which is a departure from the Citra and Cascade crowd.
