Number V in our barrel blend series. This time it became a blend of scotch and bourbon barrel aged barley wine and milk-stout. It became a thick and sweet stout with lovely notes of bourbon and scotch which turn into a warming coconut and vanilla aftertaste.

Dark brown color with a ring of tan head. Aroma has wine, wood barrel, whiskey and figs. Taste is woody with spicy notes, mostly cinnamon, cloves, allspice and some booze on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. A lot of flavors but it works somehow.
