Draught @ the (official) opening party of The Scrapyard, Alkmaar. Pours a black colour and a brown head with reasonable retention. Aroma's: umami, roasted, sweetish, a little iodine. Retronasal there's brown sugar, drop/licorice, a bit boozy. Flavour is moderate sweet, moderate bitter, umami. Medium bodied. Long roasty bitterish finish,
