Got this from the webshop. Cheers!
From a 44cl can into a snifter
Best Before 9 October 2021
New England IPA dry hopped with chinook, sabro and Idaho-7
APPEARANCE: Pours a 1+ finger, medium looking, foamy white head with great retention. Hazy, mostly cloudy amber orange with no real carbonation evident. Head slowly recedes to a half wisp and leaves some foamy lacing on the glass. Half wisp remains leaving some touches of lacing on the glass.
SMELL: Lots of honeydew melon, caramel notes, some pineapple and some hints of passion fruit. Medium strength.
TASTE: Honeydew melon and caramel sweetness, pineapple notes with some bitterness at the swallow. Bold finish of honeydew, melon, passion fruit, tropical notes, caramel and some solid bitterness lingers on the palate. Lots of melon flavor and some light tropical character.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy enough on the palate. Goes down smooth and finishes a touch dry. Some bitterness lingers.
OVERALL: Good stuff, overall. Some nice fruity character and a solid malt backbone as a base. Could be a little more forthcoming for the style, but this is still a well-made NEIPA for sure. Cheers!
