Got this from the webshop. Cheers!
From a 44cl can into a pint glass
Canned 29 April 2021
NEIPA 8.5%
Hops: Galaxy, Azacca & Eclipse
APPEARANCE: Pours our cloudy and yields a 1+ finger, medium looking, creamy white head with excellent retention. Creamy and frothy. Cloudy, muddy amber orange with no carbonation evident. Looks New England style. Head slowly recedes to a full cap and clings to the sides of the glass. A solid wisp remains leaving lots of lacing down the glass.
SMELL: Lots of tropical fruits, like pineapple, mango, passion fruit, and some sweet honey melon on the nose. Nots of pear, as well as a touch of mandarin. Bold and enticing.
TASTE: Fruity and flavorful. Pineapple, passion fruit and pear flavors up front, with some melon flavors at the swallow. Honeydew, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple and pear flavors linger on the palate. Hints of peaches and mandarin as well. Flavorful and tropical.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate, frothy, goes down smooth and finishes drier. Clean finish. Excellent feel for the style.
OVERALL: Lovely stuff. This definitely looks the part, and it has all the aroma and flavor character I like in the style. An excellent, creamy feel for the style as well. Top notch. A really nice pear note in there, which made it unique. Love these guys and their New England style stuff really is the real deal. Definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of the style. Cheers!
