Got this one from the Moersleutel website. Cheers!
From a 44cl can into a pint glass.
Canned 03 May 20201
NEDIPA 8.5%
Hops: Galaxy & Citra
APPEARANCE: Pours a one finger, medium looking, creamy, frothy white head with great retention. Cloudy gamboge orange with no real carbonation evident. Head slowly recedes to a full wisp cap and clings to the glass. Slight wisp remains leaving touches of lacing down the glass as it empties.
SMELL: Lots of passionfruit, mango, pineapple, honeydew melon and notes or caramel on the nose. Plenty bold enough. Tropical and fruity.
TASTE: Mango, pineapple, passion fruit and lots of fruity flavors up front. Some honeydew melon sweetness at the swallow, moving into a bold finish of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, melon, caramel sweetness, and a touch of hop bitterness lingering on the palate. Flavorful and plenty of tropical goodness.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate, frothy, goes down smooth and finishes drier. A touch of bitterness lingers. Excellent feel for the style, just like the others in this series.
OVEALL: More lovely NEIPA from De Moersleutel. This one is plenty tropical with lots of sweet tropical fruit and a touch of hop bitterness as well. A little murkier of a look would give it top marks there, but the flavor and aroma profile ae exactly what this style is all about.
