Got this from the webshop. Cheers!
From a 44cl can into a pint glass
Canned 17 May 2021
NEIPA 8.5%
Hops: Motueka, Nelson Sauvin & Mandarina Bavaria
APPEARANCE: Pours our cloudy and yields a 2 finger, medium looking, creamy white head with excellent retention. Creamy and frothy. Cloudy, muddy amber orange with no carbonation evident. Looks New England style. Head slowly recedes to a full cap and clings to the sides of the glass. A solid wisp remains leaving lots of lacing down the glass.
SMELL: Bold nose with lots of tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, apricot and some honeydew melon on the nose. Plenty bold and fruity.
TASTE: Follows the nose nicely. Flavorful and fruity with mango, passion fruit, apricot and some pineapple up front. Flavorful. Notes of honeydew melon and hints of caramel at the swallow. Bold finish is full of fruity flavor, mango, passionfruit and apricot, as well as some pineapple and melon sweetness linger on the palate.
PALATE: Medium-fuller body and medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate, silky, goes down smooth and finishes drier. Clean finish. Fuller and slicker for the style. Lovely feel.
OVERALL: This is excellent. One of the best NEIPAs I’ve had in Holland. Perhaps the best. It's got all the right stuff in all the right places. Super delicious and drinks away way, way too easily. Like IPA juice. Gotta have more of this and if I knew how, I'd homebrew the crap out of this stuff. Lovely and well worth checking out if you like juicy NEIPAs. Cheers!
