From a 44cl can into a snifter

Imperial stout with Coffee Collective’s Buena Vista & Enciso Espresso
APPEARANCE: Pours out a syrupy clear black and yields a three finger, medium, tan head with good retention. Head slowly fades to a thick, foamy cap. Black body with no carbonation evident. A swirly wisp and ring remains until the end leaving touches of lacing falling down the glass as it empties. Good looking brew.
SMELL: Bold nose of roasted coffee, espresso, milk chocolate and plenty of roasted malts on the nose. Notes vanilla cream and chocolate fudge. Enticing nose for sure.
TASTE: Flavorful start with lots of roasted malts, burnt coffee beans, espresso, some chocolate fudge and vanilla cream up front. Flavorful. Some booze at the swallow with a bold finish of roasted and burnt malts, roasted coffee and espresso, milk chocolate, vanilla cream, tobacco flavors and notes of ash linger on the palate. Bold and roasted beyond roasted.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate silky smooth, goes down slick with a solid burn at the swallow and finishes rather sticky. Plenty of heat lingers.
OVERALL: This is excellent. I hope I’m not stepping out of line here, but this reminds me of some of the super-rich, uber roasted imperial stout De Molen used to make about 10 years ago. Plenty of roasted malt and coffee flavor on this one, with a big, thick and slick body to boot. A well-measured alcohol burn that fits the bill perfectly as well. This is excellent and will be grabbing more of it if I can. Highly recommended. Cheers!
