In this series of IPA's we give you loads of juicy thickness, intense hop flavor and fruity aroma. Always topped off with a bright white creamy head and finished with a splash of you wanting more. With the bitter NEDIPA 3/8 Pneumatic Butterfly Gun With A 10mm Deep Socket we used the hops Ekuanot, Azacca, Idaho 7 giving this beer aromas and flavours of pineaple and stone fruit.

Got this one from the webshop. Cheers!

From a 44cl can into a pint glass
Canned 12 October 2021
NEDIPA 8%
Hops: Ekuanot, Azacca & Idaho 7

APPEARANCE: Pours a two finger, medium looking, fluffy white head with great retention. Head slowly recedes to a foamy, frothy cap and clings to the sides of the glass. Cloudy gamboge orange in color with no visible carbonation evident. Splotchy wisp remains and leaves sheets of lacing down the glass as it empties.

SMELL: Caramel malts, honey as well as notes of melon and cantaloupe on the nose. Relatively mute.

TASTE: Caramel flavors, melon, some honey flavors and bready malts at the swallow. Notes of melon and some grainy flavors, moving into a medium finish of caramel, honey, melon flavors, some bubble gum and a touch of alcohol linger. Medium strength.

PALATE: Medium-fuller body and medium carbonation. Creamy and frothy on the palate, goes down smooth and finishes somewhat mouth-coating. A touch of heat lingers. Frothy, creamy and smooth. Plenty of weight as well.

OVERALL: This one is a little milder, unfortunately. It’s well made and the feel is excellent, but I don’t think the hop varieties really worked for this style of beer. This lacked the stronger tropical character that we’ve grown to love with the NEDIPA style, and while the beer is very well executed, as always, the nose and flavor is rather subdued on this one. Solidly made, but I don’t think it produced the burst of flavor and aroma that we’ve come to expect.
