Copenhagen 21/1 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Illums, Kbh. K. Moersleutel's usual design with the top of the can in metallic grey with their pretty cool Wrench-like logo and the bottom of the can as a picture of a windy sky with clouds.
Pours opaque dark brown with a tight, light beige head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, boozy and a bit sugary odor mingling with a sourish and try scent. Raisins, plums and dark alcohol. Sour grains and glue. Whiff of yeast and musty cellar.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pleasant sweet and boozy undertone. Lingering. Finish is sweet liqueur.
Not very light and windy - but a brutal sweet boozer.
