Copenhagen 30/12 2021. 44 cl can from Din Øl web-shop (dinol.dk). A hand showing the sign for Paper in the game Scissors - Stone - Paper on the can. A wrench and an eye-ball in the background.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a big, fluffy, white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fermented, boozy odor mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Fermented mango and peach. Alcohol. Subdued grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, boozy undertone. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent with a sweet booziness - but not without a certain bitter charm.
