Copenhagen 5/12 2021. 44 cl can from Din Øl web-shop (dinol.dk). A clenched blue fist making the sign for “Rock” in the rock-scissors-paper game. An wrench and some loose eyeballs in the background.
Pours opaque, murky orange with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as remote puddles of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a a gentle sweet fruity odor mingling with a subtle sour scent. Sweet peach and passion fruit. Tart gooseberries and lemon. Hints of sour cheese.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively, prickly and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit watery. Lingers shortly. Citric, dry finish.
Sour but not without balance. A bit thin in flavor.
