Yet another beer to celebrate our 7th anniversary. Emmer meets oats, hops meet biotransformation and thiol releasing yeasts. Inspired by the refreshing wheat beers made with orange and coriander seeds we offer you a refreshing, thirst quenching IPA, creamy and pillowy with a fresh orange zest flavor and a floral scent.

Copenhagen 25/7 2023, 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Moersleuthel's take on the Seven Deadly Sins. Amager has been here before with their Seven Sinner Series. This time sin #4. Drawing of a pale creature with many eyes looking uncomfortably hungry on the can.
Pours opaque pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a strong odor of tropical fruits with floral notes and citric fumes. Sweet peach and mango. Rose bed. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, softer little sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A zesty NEIPA to represent Sloth. Not exactly what I would expect.
