Single-Hop Mosaic American Pale Ale. This modern west coast pale bursts with juicy layers of mango, berry, tangerine, peach, and a little bit of dank.

Released 3/2/18; drank 3/15/18 @ the Yarchives.
See-through yellow/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big, noisy bright white head; frothy lace.
Melon, mild caramel & faint wheat notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Melon, mild caramel & faint lemon flavors up front; mild dry wheat notes on the finish.
Balanced & enjoyable; not going to knock your socks off but worthy of a quaff.

Pours a golden color with ample clarity especially in this day and age. 1/3" white small bubbled head. Aroma was a mild citra, mosaic and something a little more bitter.
Taste, the mixture of the Simcoe and the Falconer's give it an enjoyable bitter quality that is neither excessive or sticky heavy. The mild pale toasted malts and soft alcohol touch give it a refreshing pairing with the carbonation suited for a little more bitterness than a hazy flaked oat thing. You get a little bit of all the hop flavor parts, pine, grapefruit, papaya and citrus in the light orange variety.
Nice to see Moonraker excel at a simple pale ale, they always seemed to be rocking the double ipas, so this is a nice little tweak and whatnot for their double ipa heavy (although excellent) lineup. Got slightly watery towards the end, but hardly problematic.
