Canned 4/13/18
Look: Super hazy gold yellow body with great head retention. White, fluffy, tight bubbly head.
Nose: Passionfruit, evergreen, pine, overripe peach
Taste: Passionfruit, white peach, pine resin, very intense presence of (unmalted?) wheat starches and a light malted grain sweetness.
Definitely a smooth beer and juicy beer. Goes down so easy for 8.5% but you still get some of that hop oil pine resin mouthfeel and bitterness.
I had this on tap on Monday. All the flavors were a bit more elevated and bright. Carbonation was a bit more intense as well. That being said, I enjoy this beer very much both ways.
