Layered with massive amounts of toasted coconut and lactose that add to the tropical burst of Citra and Mosaic hops.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, soft fresh coconut, a touch of pine, a little biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Smooth coconut that comes off more as fresh rather than toasted, followed by a wave of citrus, tropical and stone fruit, mango, orange, guava, passion fruit, and lemon lime, it's kinda got a little Creamsicle thing going, a touch of pine, a little biscuity malt, and some lactose and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, creamy smooth.
O: It's been a while since I last had a coconut IPA and I've somehow been putting off trying this one despite my love of Moonraker, IPAs, and coconut (in most cases), so here we are.
Overall, rather nice, definitely brings the "toes in the sand with a tropical drink in your hand" vibes. Dare I say I wouldn't mind if the coconut were a little more prominent. My can was around 2 months old and while it was there it was kinda mellow. Gonna have to retry this one as fresh as possible the next time it shows up in my area.

16oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'LADY LINDY 10/04/22'.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Quick retreating one finger white head. Minimal lacing left behind.
Aroma of orange, berry, and sweet coconut.
Taste of sweet coconut with support from sweet orange. The aftertaste is more about a vegetal hops flavor.
Medium but soft mouth feel. All hop burn is cancelled by the sweet coconut. Good carbonation.
The coconut provides sweetness, but also seems to interfere with hop expression. Coconut is seldom seen with an IPA brew, but it works as intended. Just seems to be more of a brewing experiment than an enhancement for an IPA brew.

So right off the bat, I'm not an adjunct ipa guy. With that said, this is one of, if not the best adjunct ipa I've ever had. Its still weaker than average for a Moonraker ipa though. Fair and balanced.
Pours the standard yellow gold cloudy appearance. Is it because its a hazy ipa or is it cloudy because of the coconut? 1/3" white head. Aroma legit kicks down coconut. That doesn't always happen. Hell that frequently doesn't happen. So hold my hand, I'll take you everywhere, anywhere, you wanna go.
Taste wise, it has just the smidge of lactose to push this further into the hated "smooth" designation for an ipa. The hops are there but clearly playing second fiddle at best, but its cool to see Mosaic and Citra in a contributory role instead of being the whole f'ng show. Man I love coconut and this might be the best coconut beer (that Tusk & Grain was good too) I've had after some letdowns of some highly regarded beers. There is a little hit of that grapefruit rind which does provide some nice counterbalance to the lactose/coconut.

This is a solid effort from Moonraker. Pours out beautifully with a rich cloudy appearance. Tropical nose. Prominent coconut flavor. Smooth and delicious. It was fitting we discovered this at the Outer Orbit Hawaiian restaurant where we had dinner before our nephews' band Blind Issue's show at the Knockout bar next door.
I bought my sister in law back here for dessert during their break so I could order more of this brew.

Great tasting juicy ipa! If you like coconuts, like myself, than you’ll love this one. Will purchase again & it is named after my daughter Amelia.

Canned 04/11/19
Appearance - Pours hazy and a mellow gold color. Off-white, half finger width head.
Smell - Picking up equal notes of pineapple and coconut, with lesser citrus adding its touch to the aroma.
Taste - Big time fresh tasting coconut upfront and throughout. Hints of pineapple, tangerine and lime pop in and out. Finishes much the way it starts, with coconut still dominating over notes of pineapple and citrus.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick and with decent creaminess.
Overall - Maybe a bit more coconut than I'd prefer in a hazy IPA, but can't deny its a pretty tasty beer overall.

Thanks to rudzud
Decent fizzy head with good retention but small, decent lacing, very cloudy murky apricot color
Nose loads of coconut, fresh and almost like coconut rum, big citrus, grapefruit orange zest, pineapple and tropical, mild doughy wheat like malt, tons of grapefruit
Taste tons of raw coconut and coconut milk, also light coconut rum, some citrus, orange zest, grapefruit juice again, touch of bitterness, mild creamy doughy malt wheat, flash of earthy piney that disappears almost instantly, dry finish, lingering citrus and little tropical
Mouth is thicker bod, decent carb creamy rich, pretty much no alcohol
Overall quite nice, coconut is really nice starts to border too much, and wish the citrus and grapefruit was more in the taste like the nose, but still nice,

Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy pale gold hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a light halo.
S - Big aromas of coconut oil and flesh, nice tropical citrus notes as well. Pineapple and oranges. Really fragrant.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with a ton of sweeter coconut flesh and liquid. Very nice citrus and just a flash of earthy pine on the finish.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, creamy, thick body.
O - Overall this was a very solid ipa. The coconut here plays really well with the hops without detracting or coming off as cloy. Really nice.
