Pours a hazy gravy and dark gold even light beige kind of color. The body of the beer is unappealing from an appearance standpoint. Makes close to a 1/2" white head on the top. Aroma indicative of the Citra hop, big time citrus aromas here indicative of the titular namesake. Could be some Galaxy hops in this one too, brings some pineapple, guava alongside the tangerine and orange aromas.
Taste is more like the aroma than the appearance, i.e., its good. Plenty of citrus notes all over this one. Literally pushes the namesake. Its such an easy banger to put down, nothing really challenging about this drink. Good bitter aspect to it hitting in those Goldilocks zones of neither too little nor too excessive. It doesn't have a massive hazy flaked oat or wheat presence to it, goes for more of a minimalist angle in that regard, and I think it works pretty well, like most Moonraker hoppy beers. While it doesn't reach for the sky boy, it is still a very good beer.

Canned 04/10/19
Appearance - Pours murky and dull orange with an off-white, finger width head. Sub-par retention results in a mostly barren surface with a razor thin ring around the edge of the glass. No real lacing to speak of.
Smell - Bright citrus, mostly tangerine, with lesser yeast, pineapple, guava and mild mango.
Taste - True to the name, with strong tangerine character. Lesser guava and mango adds some balancing tropical fruitiness. Mild bready undertone. Pineapple bite in the finish. Aftertaste lingers with mild acidity from the tangerine and pineapple character.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with a fair carbonation. Nice and slick on the tongue makes this an easy drinker before a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Nice beer. Juicy. Easy drinker with a lot of flavor. Moonraker flexes its muscle once again.

Clocks in at 6.8% with a canning date of 4/10/19. Not sure of the hops used, but an educated guess would be Citra given the name. As far as can art goes, I find this stunning. Now onto the beer. For being canned so recently, I am surprised at the "floaters" that amassed at the bottom of the glass.
L: Pours a cloudy sunburnt yellow in appearance. The haze is evident, zero clarity. No head formation and mild amounts of lacing.
S: The yeast really stands out on the nose, providing a biscuity/baking flour aroma. Sweet fruit aromas consist of mango, pineapple, citrus and melon with hints of strawberry and apricot.
T: Rather juicy and quite nice. Yeast foundation, to which flavors of pineapple, magno, orange, tangerine, peach, nectarine and apricot build upon. The finish has a slight hoppy green presence with aftertaste of lemongrass and citrus. Yeast flavor also resonates in the aftertaste.
F: Light in body and light to medium in weight. Smooth and moderately carbonated for the style. Not soft, pillowy or creamy but does have a decent feel with a clean finish.
O: It isn't my favorite from Moonraker, but it is not a bad beer by any means. It is light, juicy and refreshing. At 6.8 abv, it's very manageable. I am very grateful to have tried, and I am curious how the next can will taste after a week or so in the can. Cheers!

Sweet tangerine citrus hoppy nose on this one. Taste follows without the sweetness and it has a citrusy hoppy IBU kick at end on the finish and swallow. It's a little thin on the finish for my palate.
