This is from the September 2020 batch. Is this the greatest fresh/wet hop beer ever made? Possibly man. Its that good.
Sticker outside the Lt's house.
Pours a golden color much like the label and its seductiveness, 1/2" white head, good clarity. Man the nose on this, Strata crop is phenomenal. Mosaic to supplement. Weed, passion fruit, papaya, apricot. The notes here about Centennial and Citra must have been the '19 crop.
The taste is heaven frankly. It pops so much hop goodness over a light crisp mouth feel in the dry west coast vein. I've always thought the strawberry-ness of Strata was overstated, I got a much more pronounced pitted stone fruit apricot and peach vibe out of this one, with some tangerine infused dabs and shit coming out of it, but only in the most crisp way imagineable. You could supplement the review talking about notes of melon as well, but this really brings almost everything you want in a hoppy beer. All the hop flavors, zero burn, makes 7.5% super crushable.
This is one of my favorite wet hop beers ever made. Gorgeous stuff. Rivals Extremis, Dojo and Electric Lettuce to give you an idea of how much this kicks ass relative to their other kick ass beers.

2-day old growler into a Becher pint glass.
L: Gorgeous vibrant golden with 1.5 fingers of medium density white head with decent retention and left minimal spotted lacing.
A: Great nose, very floral dominant with pine and earthy aspects in tow. Wow, I forgot how much I love wet Citra hops, such a bright and pleasant nose. The Centenial is perceptible, but Citra leads for sure on the nose.
T: Taste brings more balance in the profile, nice amount of money aspects to compliment the tropical aspects. Finishes with moderate bitterness and slight acidity, acidity lingers on the palate
F: Low-medium body with higher carbonation, tingling of the tongue from the carbonation/acidity, crisp on the swallow.
O: Delicious wet hop West Coast IPA. Phenomenal nose and hides the ABV well. Bravo, great brew.
