Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spoty lacing.
S: Tropical fruit, dank herbal notes, pine, a touch of citrus, biscuity/bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous spicy pine, dank herbal notes, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and a touch of tangerine, tropical fruit comes through more as it warms, passion fruit, peach, mango, and papaya, slightly bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, somewhat lively carbonation.
O: Grabs you by the tongue and lets you know what's up. Brought out a lot of good stuff from those Simcoe hops.

6 day old can into a tulip.
Light golden with slight chill haze, 1 finger of white medium density white head with limited retention.
Dank and earthy nose, floral undertones as it warms.
Taste follows the nose well, finishes with moderate bitterness, lingers a bit
Low-medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slightly lively on the tongue, crisp on the swallow.
Really enjoyable Simcoe single-hop West Coast pale ale.
