1st review of this beer on BA. Last beer of my flight back in October 2017, shocked it took this long for someone to add it.
Pours a color similar to the fruit used in this kettle sour: apricot and peach. Basically take yellow, add orange, = this color. 1/3" white head with below average retention that fades into zero head. Looks hazy like a lot of their ipas. Aroma was fruit juicy capri sun apricot and peach.
Taste, sweet and sour. Not much depth. Has the requisite fruit flavor additions. But you know, its a nice change of pace in your flight when the other 5 beers are all ipas. Insert usual discussion of stainless steel and lacto versus spontaneous and wood barrels. This is what it is. An alternative for those who even though they are at a world class hoppy brewery, they don't like hoppy beer. I might buy a 4 pack of this if its ever canned. Always need a diverse group of stuff to bring to the river or softball field.
