Sometimes I think Moonraker has absolutely blown up popular wise, and then I come across this beer of theirs that isn't even in the database despite having drank a 4/6 pack of it over 2 years ago. This is that beer, the only time, I have ever, ever (jericho voice) come across a Moonraker beer in a 12oz can.
Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with 1/3" white head. Good aromatics, which is more of the usual from Moonraker. Mosaic leads the way, but don't sleep on Cashmere and Centennial which give this beer a good round about medley of different old and new school hops.
Taste, we're in rad territory, I've really noticed I've dug the dry hopping of Mosaic or Citra with the bittering of a C hop, here its Centennial kicking down its usual pine note. Pine, pineapple and guava pouring into this one from the hop saturation. Been enjoying Cashmere a lot too, I notice that is being paired with Mosaic a lot (looking at you Altamont). This is another winner.
