Note sure why you'd add an additional hop into a Crush series recipe, where I was under the impression the "SH" stood for "single hop".
Nice tropical nose, though way more notes coming from Strata than Mosaic. A bit more Mosaic comes through on the taste, berries, but in general the taste isn't as dynamic as the nose. Finishes with limited bitterness, hint of astringency lingers a bit.
Soft mouthfeel, but not full enough to be pillowy.
Wish they'd just left the Crush series as single hop. The Mosaic Crush was my favorite of the single recipes, this is not an improvement for my palate and preferences.
