Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours lightly golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Zesty citrus, spicy resinous piney herbal notes, tropical and stone fruit, a hint of melon, biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, underlying tropical and stone fruit comes out more as it warms, passion fruit, mango, peach, papaya, apricot, and a hint of melon, resinous green herbal piney notes, a bit floral, bready malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: If I didn't know this was a single hop Amarillo beer I woulda guessed there was some Mosaic in there as well. They pulled a lot of cool stuff out of those wet hops.
