Can poures into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that slowly settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit dominate, a little citrus, floral, grassy herbal slightly dank notes, bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bubble gum, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, apricot, peach, and papaya, citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, grassy herbal notes, a bit floral, faint southern hem diesel, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Took me a second to peg bubble gum as one of the major flavors, but once I did it's pretty obvious. Cool to see how nicely these hops build off each other. Another winner for the Crush series.
