Can dated 10/19/21 into an imperial tulip pint.
Pours light golden with 1.5 fingers of variable density white head with moderate retention and left mixed lacing.
Despite its age, plenty of fresh Simcoe aroma. Dank and watermelon. Bet this was spectacular fresh.
Taste follows the nose well but not as dynamic. Finishes with restrained bitterness, clears the palate quickly.
Low-medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slick on tongue and swallow.
Solid fresh hop brew, bet it was outstanding fresh.
