Auburn, CA is renowned for its extensive mountain bike trails that wind through the American River Canyon. What better way to wrap up a dusty day on the single tracks than a crisp cold west coast pale ale, male with some of our favorite classic west coast hops: Citra, Mosaic, Chinook, and Centennial. Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Jumps out of the glass, spicy pine, dank herbal notes, citrus, grassy notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, biscuity slightly bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, grapefruit, lime, and lemon, spicy pine, dank herbal notes, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, peach, apricot, mango, and papaya, a bit grassy, biscuity slightly bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, slightly lively moderate carbonation.
O: Great balance and depth of flavors, all packed into a 6% pale.
