Last wet hop beer of 2021 coming down the canning line!
Mozacca is a brand new IPA with 200 lbs of Mosaic and Azacca wet hops from Yakima Chief. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Azacca cryo. Finished off with some Azacca terpenes.
Overripe peaches dripping off the tree. Dried apricots. A mango smoothie. Touch of pine and a side of some extra dank.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours faintly hazy golden amber with a frothy pale tan head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, citrus, herbal pine, slightly grassy, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Big juicy tropical and stone fruit, mango, nectarine, passion fruit, papaya, and apricot, citrus, tangerine, lime, and lemon, resinous pine, slightly dank grassy herbal undertones, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Well balanced recipe that would probably make a damn tasty beer straight up, but becomes a little extra special being made with fresh wet hops.

Sweet candied tropical fruity, hint of tangerine citrus, and piney-dank nose on this one! Nice aromatics here! Taste follows with a tropical hoppy fruity and piney citrus bitter finish...the piney bitterness comes out more as it warms. This is a pretty tasty wet hop westie!
