Collaboration with Revision Brewing Company
Last week we had the privilege of brewing up another beer with our pals Revision Brewing. We’ve all been trying to make this happen for a while now but the pandemic provided some set backs. To finally get together with this great team not only once, but twice?! *chefs kiss* Neltronian Enforcer is a big, dank West Coast DIPA with Citra, Simcoe, and of course… Nelson.

Sweet and piney hoppy, hint of tropical fruity, and hint of lemony citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a sweet tropical hoppy and a slightly piney bitter finish. This just needed a touch more piney-dankness to feel all those west coast vibes you want in a westie...definitely seems more sweet hop fruity on the palate than piney-dank. This is still pretty smooth and enjoyable. Pretty good.
