We smashed some Citra and Nelson Sauvin together to create a juicy explosion of southern hemi peaches, ripe kiwi, and dispensary contraband.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours faintly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, plenty of classic gooseberry and white grape mixed in, some citrus, a bit floral, biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Nice mix of the classic Nelson gooseberry and white grape with tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, and a hint of guava, some citrus, tangerine, lime, and lemon, floral, a touch of pine, biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I really appreciate the balance in this one. Nelson and Citra both get to do their thing. There's a nice level of bitterness to keep all the fruitiness in check. Really well done beer.
