Desert Star is our take on the ever growing love for lite lager. Consisting of pilsner malt from our friends Admiral Maltings with the addition of flaked maize and jasmine rice, this lager really pops with flavor. 4.3% ABV for maximum drinkability and crispier than ever!

Pours very clean golden amazing clarity into a Danhausen glass next to a Josh Hader bobblehead. Damn Padres, you rockin' it. Looks beautiful. 1/2" white head. Aroma of desert malt. That low humidity high elevation grain life, now with corn. You call it maize.
Taste, this delivers on what it aims to be, a light lager that doesn't skimp on the grain. It packs a good amount of the triumvirate of barley, corn and rice up in there all while maintaining the levity of style. Moonraker might be the most underrated hop purveyor in the world, but here they show amazing restraint with the hops. They're barely there, enough for style, again, allows the maltiness to shine despite being in such a tight session strength package.
Shit is like Ivan Putski in a way. Its a pretty dang good option in the summer.
