So hey let's run this 2nd review ever on this website.
So man, this pour, its deep red and pretty. Everyone else's pictures seem brighter than mine, but its consistently pretty. Mostly off white head, thinnish 1/5". The aroma drops that great 1-2 combo, bittersweet, more sweet than bitter, bitter than sweet, thank you big head todd. Strawberry and rhubarb, yes, confirmed by the nose, its in here. Smells sour.
Taste, yeah man, this is how you bring a medley of opposing values together. Sweet strawberry, bitter rhubarb, pie crust/graham cracker like existence and a hit of vanilla to supplement and smooth out the barley base. Damn, I am legit surprised this doesn't even crack the top #5000 beers in the kettle sour category, its one of the best out there per style. Like legit top 100 to me. Its delicious. Everything cuts against the other and makes it super drinkable in a style that can often get tiresome and tedious to finish 16 oz of. I will definitely purchase this one again. Its not quite as good as the New Glarus strawberry rhubarb, but almost nothing is.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery snifter
A: Pours hazy ruby to brick red with a kinda fizzy pale pink head that settles out fairly quickly and leaves practically no lacing.
S: Big strawberry jam, vanilla cream, graham cracker, and just a touch of lactic tartness.
T: Jammy strawberry, creamy rich vanilla, those Madagascar beans also give bourbon like hints, graham cracker, and mild lactic tartness.
M: Medium to full body, mild carbonation, super smooth.
O: Basically a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie à la mode in a can. They absolutely nailed what they were going for. Fantastic desert beer!
