We infused Captain Mo with fresh, wet Chinook from Thomsen Hops. Dry hopped with our delicious Mosaic. Then dry hopped again with wet Mosaic.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy eggshell white head that somewhat quickly settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Earthy herbal green grassy notes, met with juicy citrus and a mix of tropical and stone fruit, and some berries, a little spicy pine, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus hits first, almost candied lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine, mix of fruits, mango, blueberry, passion fruit, papaya, apricot, and peach, underlying earthy green grassy herbal notes, floral, a little spicy pine, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, leaves a slightly oily feel.
O: Pretty much exactly what I look for in a wet hop beer. Great expression of what Mosaic brings, with plenty of that green fresh hop character. Really good stuff.
