Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Grassy slightly dank herbal notes, resinous spicy pine, rich exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, ripe citrus, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous spicy pine, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit gooseberry, mango, passion fruit, peach, apricot, blueberry, pineapple, guava, and white grape, ripe citrus, tangerine, lemon lime, and a hint of grapefruit, faintly dank grassy herbal notes, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy.
O: This one checks all the West Coast DIPA boxes. Great hop combo, super smooth. There are some elements that give off a bit of a fresh hop feel, so I'd love to see them do a full wet hop edition in the future.

On tap the source - clear golden straw color, white head leaving scattered lacing. Nose is all kinds of green yumminess and taste follows in a big way! Lives up to the name, maybe my favorite brew from this place. Fucking delicious!

10/15/24 Batch! Piney tropical hoppy, slightly malty, Simcoe hoppy, and a hint of Mosaic-dank and Nelson-dank nose on this one! Taste follows pretty well with a very clean and crisp, piney bitter finish. Really good batch!
