Cloudy amber brew with plenty of foam in the Kolsch glass. Aroma is startling and seriously fruity. The taste is super-sweet and totally fruit juice with a touch of carbonation to help the medicine go down. I would say this tastes almost entirely unlike a beer. For a second I thought there was a bit of hop taste but apparently it's citrus peel, which gives it a little heat. As fruit juice, this might be good in a spritzer with a shot of gin. The passionfruit nose is so relentless I want to wash it out with something beery. From the 12 oz can purchased on the West Coast. Not dated.

This beer uses passionfruit very well. It's tart and comes through with that hint of astringency (from the seeds, I assume). The guava and citrus are easily distinguishable as well. Even better, there's no added junk besides the fruit. Just enough malt backbone to keep this beer honest. All in all, a super refreshing radler/fruited kettle sour!

Cloudy orangish color with a modest off white head.
The aroma is citrus and tropical fruit.
The taste is tangerine, passion fruit and guava, slightly sweet, lightly tart, very fruity, nice.
The body is medium, good carbonation level, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a tasty and refreshing brew, a little sweet but that is mostly offset by a nice tartness, no real bitterness. This a nice change of pace for summer activities.

12oz can. Poured out a thick, cloudy orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, passionfruit and guava. Very sweet and fruity tasting with some tart notes.
