This Black IPA poured a jet black body and tan colored head. There was a mild roasted coffee aroma, but the primary notes I picked up were citrus and tropical fruit. Taste was more on the roasted coffee side. This was definitely more on the Porter end of the spectrum than IPA from a flavor stand-point. Mouthfeel was excellent with great balance in the body and carbonation. I really liked this one and would definitely have this again.
