On tap at Beermongers.
Hazy yellow with a thin, white head, this looks solid. As messy as it is, the nose is quite impressive. Wheat, grain, yogurt, mild citrus sourness, a very messy funk with flab, a little earth. A moderate peach character is present. Some oak is noticeable too. The palate opens tart, messy, flabby with fruity, lacto fermented over ripe peaches. Frothy yogurt, mild white honey, a healthy side of white peaches, bright and refreshing. Drying, tart, flabby, yogurt heavy with quite a bit of peach character on the finish, this beer is light in body and moderately carbonated. Solid, an impressive first effort- that these gentlemen have been being for a while is apparent in the flavor elements of this beer, all they need is a little time to wrangle the microflora and truly shine. Recommended.

Bottle shared by Khalil. Enjoyed outside on a sunny day with friends and a few pizzas courtesy of Dave.
The beer is a pale yellow, transparent, little to no head. Big peach aroma. Lovely flavor. Light on the palate. Tasty.
