Our Berliner Weiss is a classic tart German wheat ale. Light, dry and tart, this style is refreshing with a clean finish.

On tap at Orenco Taphouse.
A clear light yellow with a dense, white head that falls off rapidly, this looks solid. The nose is no-nonsense Berlinerweiss. Straw, wheat, grass, hay, yogurt, bright clean an with a touch of lemon, this is incredibly refreshing. In particular, the wheat note is fresh and vibrant. The palate opens tart, tangy and clean with a blend of lemon peel, grainy wheat and yogurt. Drying, clean and appropriately thin on the palate (especially given the ABV!), this is a well-crafted Berliner Weisse.
