A delicate and complex blend of mixed culture ales of varying ages, being matured in French oak barrels anywhere from 12 to 24 months. A dry hop with Pekko hops accentuates the melon and citrus flavors in the base beer with floral, earthy spice notes.
Microbes: Saccharomyces, blend of brettanomyces and lactobacillus.
