Bottle into Imperial Pint
Look: Clear golden yellow body, pouring a 1.5 finger head which quickly dissipated into a thin cap
Smell: Juicy and citrusy hops, musty yeast, touch of oak tannins, metallic note in there, light malt. Weak nose
Taste: Lightly tart lemon followed by lightly bitter herbal hops and musty yeast. Fades to a strong metallic note. The finish brings in some oaky tannins followed by nice mellow malt
Feel: Light-medium body, generously carbonated, crisp
Overall: Its interesting but good. Great complexity, but that metallic note I just cant do
