I'd love to know more about what went this blend, I'm getting a pretty strong porter vibe in the form of dark, seeded bread and smooth, milky chocolate along with faint, vinous fruit. There are also small measures of caramel and candied nuts. The barrel notes aren't all that strong but are very well Incorporated, mellow booze throughout and a bit of an oaky tickle at the end. The mouthfeel is soft and largely still. I'm really liking this one, thanks very much Ryan!

Look - Pours a super dark ruby red/black color with just a light head that quickly disappears.
Smell - Smells of bourbon, light spice, and oak.
Taste - Taste of bourbon, spice, oak, and a hint of dark chocolate.
Feel - This is a SUPER easy drinking beer. Perhaps not the best tasting beer, but it goes down super easy without any bitterness or aftertaste.
Overall - I think this is a very nice strong ale; better than expected.
